The only chance to get a sceptre is from the golden chests and sarcophaguses. The chance at a sceptre goes up until floor 5, where it levels out to a 1/650 chance of receiving one. If you want to grind the sceptre only, only loot chests/sarcophaguses specifically and leave after you can’t progress anymore. 2 hours. and for my second one only 1 hour.
